Patrick Yuengling
Patrick Yuengling, serves as Vice President of Customer Satisfaction with responsibility for our service and operations. He brings 25 years of industry experience to USIS, including 11 as a Vice President of Service. Patrick comes highly recommended and is very accomplished within our industry. His experience and role will be critical as we pursue our goal of becoming the very best customer service experience for our clients among all vendors.
The vast majority of Patrick’s experience, 23 years to be specific, was earned at Carr Business Systems. During his tenure at Carr, Patrick assisted in significant revenue growth - $ 5M to $ 56M – and witnessed the transition of an independent Konica dealer in Long Island, NY to a core company owned by Xerox/Global. Patrick’s most recent role of Vice President of Service included leadership to 95 employees spanning across Technical Service & Help Desk Service as well as service to over 12,000 clients. In 2009, Patrick was recognized as Service VP of the Year among all Global operations, a most noteworthy achievement within a $1.2B organization
Patrick and his wife will continue to live in Port St. Lucie as he is obviously an early riser and one who loves the road. They have two grown daughters, both of whom live in New York, and are dog lovers. Patrick is also an avid hockey fan who continues to play at every chance he can find.
