Brad Bungo
Brad began his professional career in New York City after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Binghamton University in upstate New York. Brad earned an opportunity to start his career as a Systems Engineer for an emerging independent Sharp copier dealership in Midtown Manhattan. Utilizing his technological strengths and the promising NYC marketplace, Brad quickly climbed his way to Senior Systems Engineer and then to Service Operations Manager within 2 ½ years of service.
Following his passion for year round golf and warm weather, Brad relocated to South Florida in December 2003 and joined M.O.S. Imaging Systems in Miami. He joined the Document Management Group as a Solutions Specialist. Brad’s main responsibilities were to support the Sales Team in the design, implementation, and training of all software packages for new and existing clients. Over the next 2 years, Document Management sales soared 200% progressively.
In February 2006, Brad left the office equipment industry and refined his operational leadership skills by becoming Director of Operations for a metal fabrication company.
During his tenure, he was instrumental in the acquisition of a $1.5 million high-rise project in Ft. Lauderdale.
In July 2007, Brad’s experience and expertise in the imaging industry brought him back to NYC to lead a service and support team comprised of 30 employees. As Director of Service Operations, he streamlined dispatch and inventory procedures utilizing the latest technology. Service productivity increased dramatically while overall costs continued to decline.
After plans developed for a November 2009 wedding in Florida to his fiancée, Michelle, they both decided in October 2008 to settle down in South Florida once again. This decision led Brad to his new home at U.S. Imaging Solutions. His main responsibility is to direct all aspects of the Managed Print Services (PrintSmart) Group. In less than 1 year, USIS has seen its monthly managed print volume increase from 2.5 million prints to nearly 15 million prints. Brad and his team have differentiated themselves by focusing on a complete pro-active service and support model. It is this approach which has led USIS to be the premier Total Output Management provider.
